Just got this announcement from the city’s e-mail news blast:
Due to the conditions created by the recent Santa Anita Fire and the recent rain, the City of Sierra Madre will be providing sand bags to residents.
Sand and sand bags are available at Mary’s Market, the Fire Station and the City Yards. Residents will need to fill the sand bags with sand if they are needed. Thank you.
