Voluntary evacuations are still in effect on Skyland Drive, north of Idlehour Lane; and on Woodland Drive, north of Mary’s Market, due to mud flows.
Sierra Vista Park at 611 East Sierra Madre Blvd. has been opened as an evacuation center.
Woodland Drive is anticipated to be reopened at 9 pm.
