Summer family fun: Live performances at library

Summer family fun at the Sierra Madre Public Library includes four programs of “Live! Family Entertainment.” Pre-readers through grandparents are welcome at these events, which are free to the public. The Sierra Madre Volunteer Firefighter’s Association sponsors this season’s “Live! Family Entertainment.”

On Thursday, July 13 at 10 a.m., Flights of Fantasy Story Theatre performs “Stories Full of Tails,” a storytelling extravaganza.

The puppeteer group Swazzle presents “Rex & Boots, Super Sleuths” on Thursday, July 20 at 10 a.m. A mystery will be solved …

On Thursday, July 27 at 10 a.m. the Creation Station presents “Ms Bits ‘n Bob Visits the Land of Imagination,” storytelling by Nicole Tibbetts.

“Storyquilters” will demonstrate their special way with a tale on Thursday, August 3 at 10 a.m.
